Cannot Undeletable file

For example , you have file problems.exe and you cannot delete that file. Lets say that directory path for problem.exe is c:\folder\problems.exe .
Open Notepad and write del /F “c:\folder\problems.exe” and save file like killfile.bat on C:

1.Then go to Control Panel -> Sheduled Tasks -> Ad Sheduled task

2.When scheduled task wizard appear click Next

3.Then click Browse and choose killfile.bat

4.Choose When my computer starts and click Next

5.Enter username and password, Next

6.Click Finish and Restart Computer .After this file will be deleted.
